I guess I’m not in a weepy phase right now. I think that Merullo is a wonderful writer and really brings his characters alive. Just want I needed, a bit of fluff. He has a good life, a comfortable life but is missing something, the connection we all long for.

A Little Love Story Reader’s Guide
Not a bad read if you’re looking for this type of story. I finished it last week, and I’m already forgetting key points.
I didn’t cry though. This is a gem of a book, so honest and sincere and at times also quite funny. But instead of trying to repair the broken place, or at least really stop and look at it, you skated and joked.

Mefullo literally had to go back and read the first page of the book 3 times after finishing it to make sure that I got the ending right. Often when he describes a common human emotional situation the reader is startled to recognize themselves, and to identify with the character on a level where they might otherwise have felt they were alone. I was interested enough in vy plot to finish the book.
One of my favorites. That’s how “A little Love Story” was to me. I enjoyed the book much more than I expected. How does Janet make him feel this way? Read it Forward Read it first.
